I'm a licensed massage therapist (MAT-13942-0) blending deep tissue, lymphatic care, and fire cupping to help active bodies reset and return to themselves. Growing up surfing, farming, and always moving, I became deeply curious about how we care for the bodies that carry us through the life we love. I work with surfers, skaters, hikers, and everyday movers, but also with people who are healing and people who just need permission to slow down. My approach is intuitive and deeply personalized. I listen to what your body is telling me and work from there. Every session is trauma-informed and paced to your nervous system. I come to you because I believe care should fit your life. You shouldn't have to work around a wellness routine, it should work around you.

New clients begin at the studio
Your first session takes place at Beauty Goddess, 3221 Waiʻalae Ave Ste 378, Kaimuki. This lets us connect in person before I come to you. Street parking available.
Booking
Book online and pick your time. You'll receive a confirmation email with an intake form. Please fill it out before your session. It helps me prepare personalized care for your body.
What to expect
Every session is trauma-informed and paced to your nervous system. For outcall sessions, your address will be confirmed by text. All you need to do is show up and receive.
