I’m Jamie, the hands and heart behind Rooted Massage. Born and raised in Waimānalo, I bring 10+ years of mobile bodywork experience, blending deep tissue, lymphatic care, and fire cupping to help active bodies reset and return to themselves.
Background & Approach
I’ve practiced massage for over 10 years and hold certifications in lymphatic drainage, pain management, and cupping therapy. My approach is hands-on and intuitive: I assess how your movement patterns, lifestyle, and environment show up in the body, then use targeted techniques to free stuck fascia, ease chronic tension, and support nervous system regulation. Sessions are trauma-informed, paced to your nervous system, and always done with gentleness and presence.
Local Nourishment
I offer an optional CSA Harvest Bag — seasonal vegetables and herbs from a local Waimānalo farm — to extend the care from the table to your kitchen and support recovery from the inside out.

Bringing the table to your space lets you receive care where you live and move. Whether you’re fresh from surfing, back from a hike, or needing a reset after a long week, an outcall session meets you in context — which helps the body integrate work faster and more deeply.

Serving Oʻahu (Windward + town areas). Travel fees are included in session prices for standard service zones; longer distances may apply. I confirm each booking by text and include a short prep guide so your session flows smoothly.
